Negotiations between the two leaders of the Thai and Cambodian governments in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia this afternoon (28 July 2015) will result in a ceasefire or not? From the perspective of Lt. Gen. Phongsakorn Rodchompoo, Advisor to the House of Representatives' Committee on State Security, and Assoc.
